1. Be authentic
Use accurate identity, business, service, price, portfolio, location, availability, and licensing information. Do not impersonate another person or business, fabricate reviews or bookings, manipulate referral attribution, misstate provider verification, or use StyleLoop for fraud, scams, deceptive offers, or money laundering.
2. Respect people and boundaries
Harassment, stalking, threats, hate, bullying, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, doxxing, coercion, and unwanted repeated contact are prohibited. Honor blocks and communication boundaries. Do not discriminate in offering or receiving services where prohibited by law.
3. Keep services safe and lawful
Providers are responsible for applicable licenses, permits, insurance, sanitation, informed consent, age restrictions, and professional standards. Do not offer illegal, dangerous, exploitative, or falsely represented services. StyleLoop is for adults age 18 or older.
4. Post only content you may use
Post only photos, videos, music, logos, testimonials, and client images that you created or have permission and commercial rights to use. Obtain a model or client release before posting a recognizable person for promotional purposes. Do not upload copyrighted music merely because it was available in another social app.
5. Reviews and messages
Reviews must reflect a completed appointment and an honest experience. Do not offer compensation for a particular rating, threaten retaliation, or disclose unnecessary private information. Messages must relate to legitimate marketplace, booking, service, or support activity; spam and unsolicited promotions are prohibited.
6. Reports, enforcement, and appeals
Users can report content, block another user, and contact support. StyleLoop may warn, limit, hide, remove, suspend, preserve evidence, or refer matters to appropriate authorities based on severity, context, history, and legal obligations. Eligible enforcement actions may be appealed within 30 days through the Appeals Center. Retaliation for good-faith reports is prohibited.
7. Immediate danger
StyleLoop does not provide emergency response. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then submit an urgent safety report when safe to do so.
